Steps to follow:

1. Fill in the reservation form (right column on desktop or at the bottom on mobile devices).
2. Choose one of the upcoming planting dates in the form and select your snack option.
3. The price per person to attend is $120,000 Colombian Pesos, this includes:

• Round-trip transportation from the meeting point in Bogotá. (If you prefer not to ride our bus and arrive by your own means, you can use the coupon SINTRANSPORTE to deduct the corresponding value. If you use this coupon, we cannot guarantee your spot on the bus assigned for the activity).
• Snack (we offer vegetarian options, don't forget to specify in the form).
• A small rooted and certified seedling or tree.
• Digital certificate and georeferencing of the tree planting with your photo.
• Participate in talks and training sessions on the importance of active restoration processes in the territory and on environmental, local, and global topics.

4. One week before, we will send you an email with all this information to remind you of everything you need to know. For people traveling on their own, we will share a map to help you reach the planting sites.

Recommendations:

• The session lasts half a day, we will leave the meeting point located at Calle 84 #24 - 78 at 06:40 am and will return after noon.
• The hike has medium difficulty and you must be in good physical condition (the path is not paved, it is approximately a 20-minute walk and the slope is steep in some areas).
• Bring a hat and sunscreen to protect yourself from the sun.
• Wear comfortable clothes suitable for walking that you don't mind getting dirty — we recommend a long-sleeve shirt.
• Preferably wear rubber boots or shoes with good grip (avoid tennis shoes or white shoes).
• Bring a rain jacket or small umbrella, it can rain at any time.
• Don't forget to bring your thermos! Let's minimize the use of single-use plastic bottles.
• Try to carry as little luggage as possible — you will be more comfortable since we need to transport the trees to the planting site.
• If you require medication, bring it with you.
• We love pets, but for their safety they cannot accompany us on our planting days.
• The minimum age to participate in the activity is 11 years.
